YOUTH IN ACTION

ABOUT US

The TEN K FEARLESS Men & Women of OMAHA Nebraska began when student brother Jami Melvin Muhammad heard The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan call for 10,000 men. He said:

“We need 10,000 fearless men to go inside the Black communities and stand in between the guns of the gangs, and then settle with conflict resolution and bring peace in our communities,”

We must agree, our generation today is very rebellious and disorganized, so when Minister Farrakhan gave 10,000 fearless people a label and a name, he knew we were becoming fearless, but he wanted us to channel it into The RIGHT DIRECTIONS.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Is Very Simple

In today's world, where knowledge and information are readily available, it is essential to promote the idea of being one's "best self." This includes having a strong dedication to intergenerational cooperation.

It is crucial to bridge the gap between youth and adults and work together to solve problems in our communities.

Our program aims to create an environment where adults play a significant role as mentors and allies, elevating the minds and voices of children. We believe that by working together, we can create a conducive environment for real, long-lasting youth-led activity.

Through our program, we encourage the sharing of knowledge, promote collaborations, and help build strong relationships between the youth and adults. By doing so, we hope to create a generation of leaders who will continue to work towards creating a better world for themselves and future generations. Together, we can make a difference.

LET US HELP MAKE SAFE & DECENT PLACES TO LIVE

Our FOUR POINT PROGRAM

The Four Factors of Production are Land, Labor, Capital, and Entrepreneurship, and these are the things that create all the goods and services that make up an economy, many economists will agree with this.

Self-improvement is an essential aspect of personal growth and development. It allows individuals to identify areas of their lives that need improvement and take necessary actions to achieve their goals.

Our program is designed to help produce more productive minds from within ourselves, our families, our community, and the whole Earth is a commendable initiative, and starting with self-improvement is a wise decision.

Self-improvement can take many forms, including physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual aspects of one's life. It involves setting goals, identifying obstacles, and taking steps to overcome them.

By engaging in self-improvement activities, individuals can enhance their confidence, self-esteem, and overall well-being.

Starting with oneself is VITAL, because it allows individuals to take responsibility for their lives and actions. It also creates a ripple effect, inspiring others to follow suit and strive for self-improvement.

When we improve ourselves, we become better equipped to contribute positively to our families, communities, and the world at large.

Let us all take responsibility for our lives and strive for self-improvement to create better worlds.

SELF IMPROVEMENT

To IMPROVE OUR CONDITIONS, We MUST START WITH OURSELVES

Self-improvement is not a change that occurs overnight, IT IS A LIFELONG PROCESS. It is important to prioritize our LIVES in order for self-improvement to occur. Self-improvement helps enhance strengths, improve mental health, and even heal relationships.

Some ways of self-improvement include simple tasks such as learning to think better to do better, personal hygiene, reading a book, trying something new, mediating, or even waking up early.

There are so many simple, effective ways to start a self-improvement process. This TYPE OF EDUCATION is designed to help get you started today.

We want to help our children become better leaders, who will help guide others. WE MUST Teach them well so they CAN LEAD THE WAY. That means we MUST focus on self-improvement the same way students should.

Self-improvement is important for any good leader so they can evolve in their leadership development and continue to develop skills across a range of areas that help build a stronger LIVING.

When good leaders begin to focus on self-improvement, this helps with contributing a clear vision for the team. The ideas behind self-improvement differentiate a good leader versus a greater one.

Self-improvement is something that takes time. We are working on ways to improve ourselves AROUND THE CLOCK that WILL make everyone happier, stronger, and more confident.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

ONE FAMILY - ONE COMMUNITY -  ONE EARTH   STAY ON THE ONE

Community development is a process that aims to create stronger and more resilient communities. It involves bringing people together to work towards common goals that improve the quality of life for everyone in the community.

This can involve a range of activities, including improving access to services, promoting economic development, and enhancing social cohesion.

One of the key benefits of community development is that it encourages inclusivity and diversity. By bringing together people from different backgrounds and with different perspectives, it is possible to create a more vibrant and dynamic community.

This can lead to increased creativity, innovation, and problem-solving, as well as a greater sense of belonging and connection.

Another important aspect of community development is its ability to empower individuals and communities to take action. By providing people with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to make positive changes in their own lives and the lives of those around them, community development can help to build stronger, more resilient communities that are better equipped to tackle the challenges they face.

Overall, community development is a powerful tool that can help to address social and economic issues, promote inclusivity and diversity, and empower individuals and communities to take action. By working together towards common goals, we can create stronger, more resilient communities that are better equipped to thrive in the face of change.

SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ISSUES

Social and economic factors include factors such as

1.    Income

2.    Education

3.    Employment

4.    Community safety and social support.

The choices that are available in a community are impacted by social and economic factors. These choices include our abilities to afford medical care and housing, and to manage stress and more.

RESPECT FOR LIFE

All life, given by The Life Giver of every LIFE deserves respect, and should not be created if it won't be respected.

Respecting life is a crucial aspect of building a better society. As members of the same human family, we must honor and value the choices that individuals make in defining their families, regardless of their personal orientations.

It is important to recognize that every person's life is precious and that the sanctity of life should be safeguarded both locally and globally.

This means that we must make decisions and policies that promote the quality of life for all individuals, from the unborn baby in the womb to the elderly.

One of the fundamental human rights that every person should be entitled to is the right to life. No one, anywhere in the world, at any time, should have the power to deprive anyone of this right.

In short, respecting life is a basic human principle that we must uphold. We must strive to create a society where everyone's choices in defining their families are honored and where the sanctity and quality of life are protected for all individuals, regardless of their age, gender, or orientation.

Let us all work together to ensure that every person is valued and respected.

If we were to take just this one particular aspect of respect, we would be able to curb the many actions that result in the ending of so many lives, whether that be directly through violent action such as war or police actions, or indirectly through the destruction of families' ways of living through poor economic and health policies.

"True respect is earned through actions and behavior. Leaders who demonstrate respect for others, listen to their opinions, and act with integrity are more likely to be respected by those around them.

Conversely, those who abuse their power and act in a disrespectful manner are likely to lose the respect of others.

It is important to remember that respect is a two-way street. Leaders must earn the respect of their followers, just as followers must show respect for their leaders. By working together and treating each other with respect, we can create a more positive and productive society."

"It is true that some countries face many challenges in the realm of human rights and governance. However, it is important to recognize that progress is being made towards a more just and equitable world for all.

The respect for individual rights is a cornerstone of this progress, and it is heartening to see that more and more people and governments are recognizing this fact.

It is important to remember that change takes time and effort. It may not happen overnight, but by working together and continuing to advocate for human rights, we can create a better future for ourselves and generations to come.

It is only through our collective efforts that we can ensure the success of this new era of human rights.

Let us all strive to be part of the solution and work towards a world where respect for individual rights is the norm, and where totalitarian regimes and absolute monarchs are a thing of the past.

HOW TO CREATE FRIENDSHIPS

From ALL WALKS of Life

Creating friendships with people from all walks of life can be an enriching experience that broadens your perspective on the world.

The first step in creating such friendships is to be open-minded and accepting of people who may be different from you.

Embrace the diversity in the people you meet and try to learn from their experiences and perspectives.

Another important factor in creating friendships from all walks of life is to be proactive in seeking out opportunities to meet people from different backgrounds.

Join the right circles or the right groups and the right organizations that align with your interests, or volunteer in your community. Attend events that celebrate different cultures, religions, or traditions.

Strike up conversations with people you meet in these settings and be genuinely interested in getting to know them.

It's also important to be mindful of any biases or prejudices you may have and work to overcome them. Approach each person with an open heart and mind, and try to see the world from their point of view.

Show empathy and compassion towards others, and be willing to learn and grow from your interactions with them.

In summary, creating friendships from all walks of life requires an open mind, proactive effort, and a willingness to learn and grow.

By embracing diversity and actively seeking out new experiences and perspectives, you can build meaningful and enriching relationships with people from all backgrounds.

Michael Jackson's words, "You are not alone," offer a message of comfort and reassurance to those who may feel isolated or overwhelmed. It's important to remember that we all face challenges, and it's okay to ask for help.

Whether it's from friends, family, or professionals, reaching out for support can make a big difference.

It's also important to recognize that we are all connected. While we may come from different backgrounds and have different experiences, we share a common humanity.

By opening ourselves up to new people and experiences, we can broaden our perspectives and deepen our understanding of the world around us.

So if you're feeling alone or uncertain, remember that there are people who care and want to help. And know that by reaching out and connecting with others, you can find strength and support to help you through difficult times.

Friendships can have a major impact on your health and well-being, but it is not always easy to develop or maintain friendships. We MUST understand the importance of social connection in your life and what you can do to develop and nurture lasting friendships.

Good friends are good for your health. Friends can help you celebrate good times and provide support during bad times. Friends prevent isolation and loneliness and give you a chance to offer needed companionship, too. Friends can also:

  • Increase your sense of belonging and purpose
  • Boost your happiness and reduce your stress
  • Improve your self-confidence and self-worth
  • Help you cope with traumas, such as divorce, serious illness, job loss or the death of a loved one
  • Encourage you to change or avoid unhealthy lifestyle habits, such as excessive   drinking or lack of exercise.

Friends also play a significant role in promoting your overall health. Adults with strong social connections have a reduced risk of many significant health problems, including depression, high blood pressure and an unhealthy body mass index (BMI).

In fact, studies have found that older adults who have meaningful relationships and social support are likely to live longer than their peers with fewer connections.

With all the DISORDERS within and around poor blighted communities. We must agree collectively that better solutions to help qualified families meet their needs and the needs of our communities must be on the table.  No man woman or child can change their own conditions until we work to change how we think. We are who we think we are. And we do what we learn and know.

Therefore, if our communities have produced unhealthy living, don’t you think it is time to change how we think about it and ourselves first?

85% of the population are hard to lead and are easily misled because of poor consumption in the scope of the mind, body, and soul.

We are what we eat, and feeding our minds on destructive thoughts produces dangerous actions. We want to help change the mindset of those who need it the most. We clearly understand people have a series of self-perceptions or beliefs people hold about themselves.

These determine behavior, outlook, and mental attitude. For example, believing you are either 'intelligent' or 'unintelligent'.  The TEN K FEARLESS Youth In ACTION must become a National Agenda in every home and community. With your help we can reach this goal and more.
